The Build Operate and Transfer
model involves the transfer of skills
to the client organization at some
stage of the operation of the ODC.
In most cases, this entails the transfer
of information / training / hands
on support, while in other cases the
transfer of key individuals who were
running the ODC. Such a transfer to
the end client can be carried out
permanently or for specific project
duration. However ADI requires
concurrence of the employee being
transferred in this way and the (salary)
compensation terms of the transfer
will be decided by both the employee
and the end client organization.
